Terms and Conditions for 9 Win – Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 9 Win ("9 Win", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 9 Win platform, website at 9win-vip.net, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, card games, and any other product offered through the platform.

By accessing the 9 Win website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 9 Win platform or any of its services. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 9 Win. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, and a genuine date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 9 Win is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 9 Win support immediately. 9 Win cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has shared their login credentials.

KYC Verification

9 Win may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, a bank statement, or a screenshot of your registered mobile wallet. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals temporarily held.

9 Win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions and no hidden charges applied to deposits. The following payment methods are accepted on 9 Win:

• The minimum deposit on 9 Win is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume transactions may require additional verification.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 9 Win account within seconds. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing time.
• You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from an account belonging to another person — even a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 9 Win does not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet, except where a market is voided due to an event cancellation or a clear technical error in odds.
• In the event an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, 9 Win will apply the void/refund rules communicated in the specific market's terms. As a general rule, bets on cancelled events are refunded to the player's real-money balance.
• Where an obvious pricing error occurs — for example, a market offering odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the actual probability — 9 Win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This is not a common occurrence and will be communicated transparently.
• 9 Win reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at any time. This may apply to specific players, specific events, or the platform generally.
• Bets placed after the start of an event using pre-match markets (where in-play betting is not explicitly offered) may be voided at 9 Win's discretion.
• Players must not place bets with the knowledge of information not publicly available — for example, match-fixing, injury information not public at bet placement time. Any such activity will result in bet voidance and account suspension.

The following rules apply to all casino, card game, slots, and live dealer game activity on 9 Win:

• All digital games on 9 Win use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by 9 Win, the player, or any third party.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments. Results are final once the round is complete.

• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games on the 9 Win platform without authorisation.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of known software errors, incorrect odds, or technical faults to generate profit.
• Threatening Behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards 9 Win staff or other players via support channels or in-platform chat features.

9 Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms violation, a security risk, or a legal obligation to do so. The following applies:

• Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified and the investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe — typically no longer than 14 days for straightforward cases.
• Where suspension is confirmed as permanent due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
• Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 9 Win support. Self-excluded accounts or accounts closed at the player's request will have their remaining verified balance returned within five business days.
• 9 Win will not suspend accounts without cause. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact our support team and we will review your case.

• Registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
• A notification will also be displayed on the 9 Win platform when you next log in.
• Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing terms without changing their substance — may take effect immediately and will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you may close your account by contacting support before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
